Digital Law – includes law on electronic transactions, personal data protection, intellectual property protection on digital creation, computer crime suppression, smart contract, blockchain and digital asset regulations.
Telecommunication Law – denotes the laws concerning regulation of transfer of information through radio and television spectrum, computer, Internet, cable, satellite, telephone, and wireless communication. They also cover various areas such as spectrum management, market regulation, market access, and consumer protection. The laws aim to protect relevant industries and consumers.
Media Law – covers the laws that regulate mass media production, broadcast and content regulation. Legal issues of censorship, copyright, defamation, broadcast law, and antitrust law are also included. Media laws play an important role as a balancer between freedom of expression and public order.
Health Law – concerns regulatory measures on food and drug including sale, import, export ,distribution and advertisement, laws on medical facilities and medical ethics. It also relates universal health coverage regulations and international agreements on public health.
Administrative Law – encompasses the branch of law that govern the administration and regulation of government agencies in order to ensure efficient, economical, and just administration for the individual.
